Prosecution services in Germany refuse to confirm

Auschwitz-death-figure
|
A perilous legal stepping stone in Germany are the holocaust figures. There are a great number of highly official, but diverging holocaust-figures, which are not permitted to be publicly uttered. Germans are tied to a kind of relevant daily death-figure. To refer to the highest figure might not always prove safe since the authorities have in the past considered the mention of the highest figure as "mocking the dead". Even though 90 percent of the Jews who were believed to have died in Auschwitz, returned safely, does not reduce the danger of persecution when tackling the Auschwitz figures. Germans are not permitted to refer to the figures reproduced on this page publicly, let alone to compare them, because such could result to five years in prison. Since the top holocaust prosecutor, Hans Heiko Klein, was removed from his persecution post, the relevant daily death-figure can no longer be obtained. The German Justice Ministry and 17 Prosecution Services refused to refer to one of the official figures below as currently valid, nor were they able to give a new figure. This was holocaust-faith-reality in Germany at the end of 2003 and has not changed since: |

En effet, pour un camp de première importance comme Auschwitz où périrent huit millions d'hommes (p.7) ... Le chiffre de 8.000.000 d'êtres humains, anéantis dans camp, ne semble nullement exagéré. (p. 196) |
Indeed, a camp of first rate significance as Auschwitz, where eight million people perished. (p. 7) ... The figure of 8,000,000 - in the camp of destroyed beings - does not seem exaggerated at all. (p. 196) |

The above excerpts represent the official investigation results of the French government regarding NS-War-Crimes and crimes against humanity in German concentration camps. The investigation report stems from 1945. This report was compiled and completed at a time when the results of the investigation should have been precise, since memories were still fresh and documents accessible, one would have believed. |

Rabbi: Auschwitz belongs to the Jewish people Warsaw (KNA) - The area of the former concentration camp Auschwitz is to become, in the opinion of the Polish chief Rabbi Menachem Joskowicz ", an extraterritorial area " and it should belong to the Jewish people. Since six million Jews in the concentration camp were murdered, Poland must transfer " this piece of land to the victims ", said the chief Rabbi in an interview the daily paper Wprost. |

"Auschwitz, situated south of Kattowitz in Poland, where approximately four million people perished during World War Two." |

The above is part of an indictment (12 Js 1037/89) of 1989 by the public prosecutor, Mr. Majorowski, at the district court of Wuppertal (Germany) against people who questioned the 4-million-figure. |
"More than four million people were killed in the Auschwitz camp, mostly by gas upon their arrival." |

"To me it is evidently proven that in Auschwitz, the worst slaughter-house in human history, four million people have perished." |

"Not four million were murdered in Auschwitz, as until recently believed, but probably 1.5 million". |

"Non-registered Jews who died in gas chambers: 470,000 to 550,000. If one estimates the number of victims who died in Auschwitz through hard labour, nourishment deficiency, epidemics, mal treatments or by gas (women, children and old people) at 630,000 to 710,000 it might seem low, compared to the emotional figure of 4,000,000. However, it reflects the current historical knowledge." |

"The number of registered deaths from the 46 death-books of Auschwitz amounts to 66,206" |

The National Journal herewith declares that the 18 German public offices (Prosecution Services and the Justice Ministry), contacted in October 2003, were unable to refer to one of the above figures as the correct one. They could not legally advise which figure the public must believe, in order not to deny the holocaust. |
